We live in a world that tells us health requires 5:00 AM workouts and a fridge full of expensive meal prep. But you have a career, a family, and a to-do list that never seems to end.

I know how that feels. You’re tired of the "all or nothing" approach. You want to feel strong, flexible, and healthy, but you don’t have the bandwidth for a regimen that feels like a second job.

I’ve spent over 20 years in the health and fitness world. My journey has taken me everywhere—from high-energy studios and gyms to clinical settings like chiropractic offices. I’ve worked with clients in community centers and in the privacy of their own homes.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Pilates and Yoga, I’ve learned one universal truth: the best workout is the one that actually happens. My passion is helping you find the simplest, most effective way to feel good in your own body every single day.

My Philosophy

I focus on three pillars to make health feel like a natural part of your day, not a chore:

  • The "Whole-Environment" Approach: Drawing on my experience in both clinical and fitness settings, I examine how you move, rest, and recover.

  • Accessible Movement: Using Pilates and Yoga principles to build a core that supports your busy life—no heavy machinery required.

Beyond the Mat

When I’m not helping clients reclaim their energy, I’m practicing exactly what I preach: finding peace in the simple things. You can usually find me exploring the woods with my dog, getting some fresh air, or—on the quieter days—curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
